LADA Niva Legend: the new name for the iconic model

LADA announces the renaming of the LADA 4x4 model and the return of its initial name “Niva”. Now the iconic SUV will continue its glorious history under the name LADA Niva Legend.

Along with the new name the car received new exhaust ventilation pads on the rear pillars. They make the stay and communication in the car more comfortable. The road tests results showed that the maximum noise reduction during intensive acceleration was 3,7 dBA and 2,2 dBA when driving at constant speeds up to 120 km/h.

LADA Niva Legend is the world’s first SUV with an monocoque body-type and permanent all-wheel drive system with the possibility of locking of the center differential and switching to the downshift series. The multiple awardee of the Dakar Rally is popular not only in our country, but also far beyond its borders. For 45 years it has been remaining the most affordable all-wheel drive vehicle on the Russian market.

LADA Niva Legend has got more than 10 versions, including commercial models. Moreover, the ''Comfort'' package is available for all the modifications of the SUV, it can be purchased separately and installed at official LADA dealerships. The package includes a central lock with a remote control, an alarm system with feedback, an audio system with USB and AUX connectors, which makes it possible to connect mobile devices.
